As the summer fast approaches, the holidays are in sight. Mango Rhythms are starting to plan the extra holiday workshops and classes for those long drawn out days of no school. Last year we had:
Junk music – making instruments from the scrap yard, building drums and guitars out of anything from metal pipes to shoe boxes, old bath tubs to washing lines. The creative ideas that come out are endless when you have such a selection of junk to transform into your dream musical nstrument. Once made, we composed wonderful music ranging from mellow groves to hardcore house. Anything is possible!
